Gallery COR is a woman owned and operated gallery opened by Leslie Rowland in 2023. Gallery COR was created to promote art with a powerful message and the intent to make our world better. Gallery COR exists to represent artists who not only have remarkable talent but also create works with intention.
In addition to Gallery COR, for seven years, Leslie had a successful art gallery, L Rowland Fine Contemporary Art, featuring her own work, in Asheville’s River Arts District. It was destroyed by the floodwaters of Hurricane Helene. In response, Leslie has just opened Gallery Joan Awake, which features an incredibly skilled group of woman artists who have all been impacted by Hurricane Helene. Joan Awake is located at 20 Artful Way Suite 105, on high ground, in Asheville’s River Arts District.
